Photo Assignment: Art 2, Fall 1996

Students constructed their own cameras made from round oatmeal containers, black paint, and aluminum cans. Complete instructions on how to build your own camera will be here in a jiffy. Other Stuff At least one (no more than three) of tne 6 pinhole photos will be hand-colored. All will be spray-mounted on flat black mounting board.

Evaluation of the photos will be based on the following criteria:

• Exposure (blacks are blacks, whites are whites, full range of grays)
• Focus of primary subject
• Idea
• Craftspersonship (skill in presentation and final print)
• Effort
