Photography has been important to Karen all her life. Her father followed her with a camera while she was growing up, and her brother Richard has been a professional for over 25 years. Other favorite photographers and influences include Paul Strand, Diane Arbus, Ed Steichen, and O. Winston Link, to name a few.
